Delete your Keychime account
You can permanently delete your Keychime account and all of your data at any time. Here's how — and exactly what gets removed. You can also delete individual records without closing your account.
Want to delete only some of your data?
You don't have to close your account to remove information from Keychime. Any lead or contact, deal, note, follow-up, door-knock session, meeting recording, transcript or uploaded photo can be deleted on its own, from the screen it lives on, and your account carries on as normal.
Deleted items move to Settings → Trash for 30 days, so an accidental deletion can be undone. To remove something immediately and permanently, open Trash and choose Delete forever on that item, or Empty Trash to purge everything in it at once. Anything purged this way is gone and cannot be restored.
Prefer us to handle it? Email support@keychime.com from the address on your account, telling us what you'd like removed. We'll verify it's you and delete just that data, leaving your account intact.
Delete it from the app (fastest)
- Open the Keychime app and go to Settings.
- Tap Account & Profile.
- Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your sign-in is removed, you're signed out, and deletion of account data begins.
Tip: if you want to keep a copy of your leads first, export them from Settings → Data & Privacy → Export Leads to CSV before you delete.
Prefer to email us?
Send a deletion request from the email address on your account to support@keychime.com with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify it's you and complete the deletion for you.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is permanently removed: your profile, leads and contacts, pipeline and deals, door-knock sessions and pins, follow-ups, notes, meeting transcripts and summaries, recordings that Keychime stores, and uploaded photos or videos. Audio that stays only on a device must be removed from that device separately.
Your data is removed from our production systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days, except records we're legally required to keep (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
